BOOKINGS |
Any booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the booking. The balance must be settled at the latest 30 days before departure. Every customer not having paid the balance by the agreed date will be considered as having cancelled his journey. In the case of a booking less then 30 days prior to departure, the total of the journey will be due.

CANCELLATIONS |
If you find it necessary to cancel your booking, you have to inform us as soon as possible. You can choose another date among those available in the current year. 100 euros per person of expenses will be charged to you. Otherwise, expenses of cancellation will be charged to you according to the following table:

MODIFICATIONS IN the PROGRAMS |
The description of circuits proposed in this brochure is the most exact possible. However, the stages of the proposed circuits can be exceptionally modified because of the weather conditions, the abnormalities or the closures of tracks, or capacities and\or special requirements of the participants.

GUARANTEE |
Within the framework of all our programs, a 500-euro guarantee by motorcycle TRANSALP 650 will be required. This guarantee represents the maximal amount franchising for which the participant is responsible in case of damage to property in the motorcycle or in the equipments. This guarantee, generally realized by an imprint of credit card, is restored after inspection on the return to motorcycles TRANSALP.

RESPONSIBILITIES |
During all their stay, the participants are required to respect the laws, the regulations and the formalities current in Argentina.
The participants joining our programs make it at their own risk and we would not be held responsible in the event of an accident during the driving of a motorized vehicle. Every participant is a judge of his personal capacity to make this type of journey and is completely responsible for his driving.
All our programs are sold with third-party insurance of the motorcycle for damages at third parties. We strongly recommend you purchase insurance for all other risks connected with this kind of journey. (See our propositions).

COMPLAINTS |
Any complaint must be sent to us by mail within 10 days following the end of the journey. In case of dispute, the courts of the head office of MANDES TRAVEL will be decide the issue.

IMPORTANT
The registration for one of our programs imply the acceptance of our general conditions. There are of the responsibility of the consumer to read attentively the recommendations and the general conditions of sale as well as the other documents of information which come into effect from the moment of the purchase.
